About this game

Starfield is a science-fiction role-playing game set across a large collection of star systems. Players create a character, join factions, complete quests, explore planets, build and customize ships, establish outposts, and develop combat or technical skills. Space travel connects cities, wilderness areas, stations, and procedurally placed locations. Ship design, crew selection, research, crafting, dialogue, and faction decisions provide several progression paths. Its main story follows the discovery of mysterious artifacts, while much of the experience comes from optional missions and self-directed exploration.
