How do I troubleshoot random session drops in Diablo IV?

Sessions in Diablo IV drop or fail to connect, but the connection passes a basic speed test.

How should this be tested properly? I’m looking for a short order that checks packet loss, firewall rules, background traffic, and high-resolution assets, Battle.net repair, cross-network play, and town stutter.
