Is the Venom rework out yet, and is Venom worth using right now?

I keep seeing people talk about a Venom rework and I’m confused about what’s actually happening. Is it already in the game, or is it still just leaks? I don’t want to trade for Venom or grind its mastery if the rework is going to change everything or nerf it. A few things I can’t get a straight answer on: • Has the rework actually released, or is it still upcoming? • Is the stuff I’m seeing about a new transformation and moves confirmed, or is it all leaked/fake?
